Quite often the leadership of an organization is left to their own devices in understanding the best way to work with other executives on their team, working on their own areas of development and working with others throughout the organization. They may even be confused over who is really responsible for moving the organization forward and their role in that movement.
The program offers a unique and wonderful way to create a leadership strategy for your organization. It offers the opportunity to look at the role of each executive individually and then collectively to see that all of the team is operating at their best, and beyond, and that they are able to meet the challenges that lie ahead.
The program consists of the following modules;
  Each executive going through a process to authenticate their current behaviors, as well as access to Leadership Assessments, 360 degree reviews and more.
  Going through a comprehensive leadership skills list to find areas of strength and weakness.
  An ability to look at areas for development.
  The executives going through a process of understanding how to work with their differences, utilizing the information from the tools above.
  A half day or full day leadership session on the best way for the team to work together based on the information obtained above.
  There can also be a facilitated full day strategic planning session to go with all this work.
