Welcome to our coaching programs.  For over 30 years Barbara has been an advisor to executives and employees at all levels of the organization.  Her intent  is to maximize the potential in you while helping to guide you to the success you so richly deserve.

Coaching by Barbara falls into several areas;

Executive Coaching is set up for specific outcomes that are predetermined and are wanted and needed.  See the column on your left for more details     Emotional Intelligence is one of the tools used to assist in this area   Barbara is a Licensed Mastermind Executive Coach through the Rescue Institute and certified in the Baron EQ-i

Creating the Life You Love is for people looking to enjoy life more.  In this program you will take a journey that allows you to look at your life and through creative exercises move to a better place.

Team coaching is geared toward getting small teams to relate better.  Using instruments appropriate the group such as the BIrkman®,  Emotional Intelligence, or Social Styles® you will find this an energizing and powerful process to strengthen your team and achieve objectives.

Workplace issues coaching is done one of three ways;

• Through On-Board and Indispensable (See Everibodi Matters tab above), as part of a group
• Through Situational Specialist work (See Human Resources tab above)
• Individual coaching, again with set outcomes for people who want to achieve a higher level of success.   The individual program is tailored to the set needs and objectives of the client.
