About Barbara

Barbara Brannen is a business expert who speaks professionally, does corporate training, private coaching and corporate consulting on issues related to productivity, profitability and morale.

Barbara has been recognized as the Human Resource Professional of the Year in 1990 by the Colorado Human Resources Association and was named as an Outstanding Woman in Business in Human Resources for 2002 by the Denver Business Journal. Barbara passed the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 1990.

Barbara has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from Niagara University in New York, as well as graduate studies at the University of Denver.

Barbara’s books include Office Peace – Your Guide to a More Respectful and Productive Work Environment, The Gift of Play, and Underwear – It’s What’s Underneath That Counts. Her newest book is due out in April of 2011 is “The Kudo Effect.” Barbara is a member of the National Speakers Association and incoming president for the Colorado Chapter of the National Speakers Association
