13 Humorous Morale Builders

 These 13 magic morale builders can turn you business on its ears overnight.  Try them and let me know how it comes out!

1.  Have your CEO stand by the front door and greet every employee one morning with a handshake and a smile.

2.  Paint or decorate your front door with color, wonderful quotes, motivational sayings or good jokes

3. Play music for five minutes at some point in the day once a week over your PA system with an announcement beforehand that everyone is to stand up for five minutes and take a break

4.  Hand out silly hats or red clown noses or bobble head antennae and encourage people to wear them to and from the copy room

5.  Make your next employee newsletter a crossword puzzle
